Our Return Policy
When you return any item(s) bought from our Online Store, your refund and how your refund is issued may vary depending on the condition of the item(s), how long you've had the item(s) and how you purchased the item(s).
Please contact us by email at email@example.com or by fax at 6263982489 (Attn: HRock Resource Center) before returning any product.
US & Canadian Customers (*for Books, CDs & DVDs only )
Books, CDs or DVDs may be returned for refunds only if unopened. If the item was opened, no return will be accepted and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Any defective, incorrect or damaged item(s) may be returned within 15 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement or reimburse you for your return item(s) once we have received your item(s) at the store.
Any item(s) you are not satisfied with as a result of arriving not as expected, too late or in the wrong size will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only if returned within 15 days of receipt and received in sellable condition. A restocking feewill be charged.
MP3 Downloads will not be refunded in any case.
When returning items...
Please place defective or returning item(s) in a padded envelope, box or other mailer, making sure the items inside are properly protected and secure. Item(s) should not move around in the package, so as to prevent damaging the item(s) during shipping. We will not be responsible for any damage that may affect the item(s) during shipping.
Place a copy of your invoice in the package. If you do not have your invoice, email the HRock Online Store at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be glad to help you receive a new one or answer any questions you might have.
Returns must be sent to our office at the address below via the U.S. Postal Service, using Media Mail (if qualified) or by UPS or FedEx. We recommend insuring your return, at your cost. Return Expenses: Please note that if the item(s) you received was damaged, we will pay for the return expenses to ship the item(s). For all other returns, you are responsible for paying the appropriate mailing costs to return the item(s).
Please allow for up to 21 days for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange. Once we receive your return item(s), we will issue your reimbursement. Please note that the timing of the reimbursement may depend on your credit card company or bank. Please allow up to 10 business days for your reimbursement to be issued.
